River House sits alone on the bank of the Nueces River,
just to the south of the picnic area. Large oak trees shade the
yard
and the house, with the river just a few steps
from the back door. You will be amazed at the beauty of the view from
this
property. The River House has a queen size bed in the master bedroom, two
twin beds in the old west
bedroom,
a single sofa sleeper in an alcove, an extra long double bed in the east bedroom
and a double size sofa sleeper in the living
room.
The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave,
dishwasher and stove along with all the
dishes,
utensils and pans you will need to prepare meals
.
Linens and towels are provided for your stay at the River House. Central
air and heat guarantee your comfort no matter what the weather outside is like.
A fireplace completes the mood should you desire a fire during cooler weather.
The River House sleeps up to nine people and rents for $225.00* per night.
